Abstract:
To provide an oxidation-neutralization reaction device where a gaseous oxidant and a slurry neutralizer can be homogeneously dispersed and mixed although a reaction tank has a vertically long shape having a large aspect ratio (H/D).SOLUTION: An oxidation-neutralization reaction device 10 has a roughly cylindrical reaction tank 1, a rotation shaft 2, agitation blades 3, a gas supply pipe 4 and a slurry supply pipe 5. In the oxidation-neutralization reaction device 10,: a ratio (H/D) of a liquid height (H) to the inside diameter (D) of the reaction tank 1 is 2 or more; a lowermost agitation blade 31 in the agitation blades 3 is an inclined blade type disk turbine blade; a main agitation blade 32 is an inclined paddle blade and installed so that the blade inclination direction of the agitation blade 3 is same; the gas supply pipe 4 is disposed so that the vertical position of a gas supply port 41 becomes a lower position than the lowermost agitation blade 31; and the slurry supply pipe 5 is disposed so that the vertical position of a slurry supply port 51 becomes a higher position than the uppermost agitation blade 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
