Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen washing device effective for estimating the melting state in a furnace.SOLUTION: An oxygen washing device comprises a pipe holding part 200 for holding an oxygen supply pipe 100 for introducing oxygen into a waste melting furnace, and a driving part for moving the oxygen supply pipe 100 in first direction D1 in order to advance and retreat a tip portion of the oxygen supply pipe 100 into/from the waste melting furnace. The pipe holding part 200 comprises a first holding part 210 that holds the oxygen supply pipe 100 so as to be slidable along the first direction D1 and is joined to the driving part 300, a second holding part 220 arranged so as to be aligned with the first holding part 210 along the first direction D1 and fixed to the base end 100b of the oxygen supply pipe 100, a length measuring sensor 223 provided in the second holding part 220, a connecting part 230 connecting between the first holding part 210 and the second holding part 220, and a force sensor 233 provided in the connecting part 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
