To provide an oxygen enrichment machine with which clean and oxygen enriched air can be supplied by sterilizing the inside of a supply channel of the oxygen enriched air with ultraviolet rays.
The oxygen enrichment machine includes an oxygen enrichment means 2 which generates the oxygen enriched air, a discharge aperture 12 through which the oxygen enriched air 2 is discharged, a supply channel B9 which connects the oxygen enrichment means 2 and the discharge aperture 12 and an ultraviolet-ray irradiation means 10, wherein the ultraviolet rays irradiation means 10 irradiates the inside of the supply channel B9 with ultraviolet rays to sterilize the inside of the supply channel B9 so that the clean and oxygen enriched air can be supplied by sterilizing the inside of the supply channel B9.
