PURPOSE: To provide an ozone deodorization system which has an excellent deodorization ability, is safe to human bodies and facilitates maintenance.
CONSTITUTION: A container, such as warehouse, container or cargo vehicle, for storing and transporting food is internally provided with an ozone generator 4 which generates ozone, a fan 9 which diffuses the ozone generated by this generator into the container, an ozone detector 21 which detects the ozone concn. in the container and an ozone absorber 22 which is freely developably and housably provided with an ozone adsorption surface consisting of active carbon fibers. This ozone deodorization system is provided with a controller 23 to stop the ozone generator when the detected concn. of the ozone exceeds a prescribed value and to develop the adsorption surface of the ozone absorber when the concn. exceeds the upper limit value higher than the prescribed value.
