Abstract:
To provide an ozone liquid generator in which performance fall of an ozone generator and deterioration in the apparatus itself due to backward flow of ozone liquid to an ozone generator side when the apparatus is stopped after operation of the apparatus, can be prevented.
The ozone liquid generator is provided with an ozone generator for generating gaseous ozone, a gas-liquid mixing unit for mixing the gaseous ozone and liquid to produce ozone liquid and a gas-liquid separation unit for carrying out gas-liquid separation of the ozone liquid. The ozone generator is arranged above a maximum stored water level of the gas-liquid separation unit.
