CONSTITUTION: To produce a bulky table salt having good mixing and adhering properties with the other substances efficiently by introducing a raw salt into a salt solution or a salt solution containing a magnesium salt, and by heating the solution in an open air while keeping a liquid layer of the solution over the raw salt, to precipitate a new salt.
