A main passage 14 and a bypass 16 as air flow channels are disposed in a package unit 12, a heat exchanger 18 is disposed in one of them, and a humidifier 20 is disposed in the other. Further a flow rate regulation mechanism 22, a blower 24, a filter 26 and an eliminator 28 are disposed. By adjusting capacities of the heat exchanger 18 and the humidifier 20, and an opening of the flow rate regulation mechanism 22, dehumidification cooling control is performed in a room in a dehumidification mode, and cooling humidification control is performed in the room in a cooling humidification mode.
