Abstract:
To provide packaged fermented soybeans eliminating a covering film for covering surfaces of the fermented soybeans which is troublesome to remove.SOLUTION: Anti-fogging treatment is performed on a surface disposed on the side of steam-cooked soybeans 2 of a porous film 4 for closing an opening of a container body 3, and even when steam generates from the steam-cooked soybeans and fermented soybeans during fermentation, or even when dew condensation generates by the temperature change during preservation of the fermented soybeans, water droplets are not attached to the porous film. The porous film is made to be transparent so that the inside of the container body is visible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
