PURPOSE: To strengthen the corner parts of a lighting fixture packaging case with attention paid to its appearance.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet (A) is folded into a U-shape to make up a bottom part 1 and side parts 2 and 3. Both sides of the bottom part 1 are folded inwards to make up flaps 4 and 5 and both sides of each of the side parts 2 and 3 are folded inwards to make up flaps 6-9. Sheets B are adhesively attached to the outer surfaces of the flaps 4, 6 and 8 and sheets C are adhesively attached to the outer surfaces of the flaps 5, 7 and 9. Since the flaps 6-9 are located at all the corners of a lighting fixture packaging case, the case corners are so strengthened as to make the buckling difficult and, therefore, the shade, glove, etc. of a lighting fixture are hardly liable to damages. The stacking of the cases in a multiple tiers becomes possible due to an improved resistance to the stacking pressure. Moreover, the flaps 4-9 are located inside the sheets B and C with an improved appearance.
