Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the upper part of a package bag from being clogged with a bulky packaged article such as a bread-like pieces of wheat gluten when the packaged article is housed in the package bag by applying vibration to the bulky packaged article.SOLUTION: This packaged article filling device fills, with a packaged article, a package bag 14 suspended from a clamp arm equipped with a clamp 13 for pinching the package bag 14, and is provided with: a push-up body 23 that pushes wide the bottom part 18 of the package bag 14 by pushing up the center part of the bottom part 18 in a width direction from the lower side of the package bag 14 suspended from the clamp arm; a side part vibration mechanism 21 for applying vibration by repeatedly pinching or opening, by an opening/closing plate 20, both side edges of the package bag 14 the bottom part 18 of which has been pushed wide by the push-up body 23 and which has been filled with the packaged article; and a lifting mechanism for lifting the push-up body 23 and the side part vibration mechanism 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
