PURPOSE: To provide a packing machine that is small in size, occupies small area, and simultaneously packs objects in a packing case and takes out objects from the packing case with high productivity.

CONSTITUTION: A packing machine comprises: packing heads 1 that continuously circulate on a closed orbit and are equipped with at least one controllable gripper; packing case conveyors 7 and 8 that successively pass packing cases 3 and 4 along the machine on a horizontal plane; object conveyors 9 and 10 that run parallel to the packing case conveyors 7 and 8 in the circulating area of packing heads 1; and a controlling device that forces the pack heads 1 to move relative to the packing case conveyors 7 and 8 and also to the object conveyors 9 and 10.
