Abstract:
To provide a packaging material and a packaging container having an excellent light-shielding property and concealability, and capable of being comparatively inexpensively and efficiently manufactured.
A packaging material 10 is composed of a base layer 20, a light-shielding print layer 30, and a sealant layer 50, from container outside to container inside when making a bag to be a container. The light-shielding print layer 30 is composed of at least white solid layer 31 made by solid-printing, and an achromatic color layer 32 made by mixing white and black, and solid-printing.
