To provide a packaging material which is excellent in laminate strength, has easy tearability, and is excellent in recyclability.SOLUTION: A packaging material has a base material, a printed layer, an adhesive layer, and a sealant, and contains 80 mass% or more of a polyolefin resin in the total mass of the packaging material, wherein the printed layer contains a pigment and a binder resin, the adhesive layer is formed of a cured product of a reactive adhesive containing a polyol compound (D) and an isocyanate compound (I), and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of the polyol compound (D) is 1.5 to 10.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
