Abstract:

To provide packaging paper for a food product, capable of uniformly heating a food product and suitably releasing moisture when heated in a microwave oven, and a method of producing a food product using the same.SOLUTION: The packaging paper for a food product, comprises polyolefin synthetic pulp of Canadian Standard Freeness of not less than 100 ml and not more than 520 ml, ceramic powder that generates far-infrared rays when heated, and natural pulp.
