Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a whole packaging process for a bobbin package by reducing a bobbin package transportation work with a carriage.
SOLUTION: This system is for packaging bobbin packages with spun yarn wound around like a cylinder. Tracks 7 are provided so as to extend over a plurality of bobbin package delivery parts 6 for delivering bobbin packages. Also, a travel body 8 is installed along the tracks 7 so as to be capable of travel. This travel body 8 is capable of receiving bobbin packages at each bobbin package delivery part 6, and has a delivery means 36 to discharge boxes packed with the bobbin packages. Furthermore, a collection conveyor 9 is installed along the travel zone of the travel body 8. In this case, the collection conveyor 9 has the downstream side of a conveying direction continuously to set the next packaging process, and receives boxes from the travel body 8 for transportation to the next process.
