To provide a packing material for a mask case by which a large-size mask case can easily be packed in a short period of time, can repeatedly be used, and in addition, has a sufficiently high cleanliness.

This packing material for the mask case is used for covering the mask case, and is constituted of a fabric having a low dust generating property, and a high dust preventing property. For the fabric having the low dust generating property and the high dust preventing property, in concrete, a nonwoven fabric having a specified dust preventing property can be considered. For example, the same material as dust preventing apparel which is used in a clean room can be used.
