PACKING SUBMERGED GOGGLE AND FRONT MEMBER USED THEREIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0615015
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a submerged goggle excellent in both of fashionability and mounting properties by molding both end parts of a curved resin plate so as to make them thinner than the other parts thereof to form a front member and arranging a hollow annular packing member to the rear of the front member and arranging band members to both ends of the resin plate.

CONSTITUTION: A front body 1 is composed of a curved plate member whose central part has a spindle-shape constricted shape and the constricted central part constitutes a bridge part 11 and light pervious parts molded into a Wellington-shape are continued to both side parts of the bridge part 11 to form lens parts 12. Further, bent parts 13 becoming narrow as going away from the lens parts 12 are arranged on both sides of the lens parts 12 to form band holes. Annular hollow packing members each having such a shape that the central part of an oval ring is constricted are bonded to the rear surfaces of the areas connecting the bridge part 11 and lens parts 12 of the front part 1. The packing parts 2 are sealed with air and, when the packing parts 2 are brought into close contact with the face, the packing parts 2 are depressed and raised so as to follow the shapes of the face and perfectly averaged in pressure as a whole to be brought into close contact with the face.
