PURPOSE: To stably exhibit pad energizing function due to a spring part by providing a plate spring which energizes a frictional pad outwardly in a diameter direction of a rotor, and a piece which is cut and stood from a base end of the plate spring in a direction opposite to an energizing direction of the plate spring and abuts against the support side.
CONSTITUTION: A plate spring 28 of a pad clip 10 supports couple from a frictional pad 12. A cut and stood piece 40 is formed on an arcuate part 28A on the root of the plate spring 28. The root of the plate spring 28 corresponds to the root of the plate spring 28, and they have a common spring fulcrum. Since a whole surface of the piece 40 is in a connection state with a recessed groove corner part 20C, elastic repulsion of the plate spring 28 is received by the whole of the piece 40, thus stable elastic load is obtained. The plate spring 28 of the pad clip 10 are formed at the same position as the cut and stood piece 40, so that blanking performance is improved and a manufacturing cost is reduced at the time of manufacturing the pad clip 10.
