In a page turning-over apparatus turning over the opened page of a booklet, a pre-turning-over roller 3 rotatable in forward and reverse directions and a page changing roller 2 rotated in the same direction after the per-turning-over roller 3 is rotated are provided and the pre-turning-over roller 3 comes into contact with a page to be turned over to preliminary turn over this page and, subsequently, the page changing roller 2 further turns over the page held to a turned-over state. By this constitution, reversible page change is performed.
