To enable good printing and sealing free from blur or repellency on the same cover by setting the smooster smoothness of the surface of the cover to a specific range.
Paper with Smooster smoothness of 70-300mmHg is used as a cover 31 and an ink layer 32 for smoothing is formed on the rear surface thereof. A polyethylene (PE) layer 33 and a vinyl chloride acetate release layer 34 are successively provided to the rear surface of the ink layer 32. The PR layer 33 and the release layer 34 are easily released from a boundary surface. A self-adhesive layer 35 is formed on the rear surface of the release layer 34. The data of the addressee is printed on the columns 24, 25 of the surface of the cover of this delivery label and bar codes 26, 27 are also printed. When an article is sent to the addressee, a receiving slip 23 is peeled to receive a receiving seal and brought back to be kept. By this constitution, a bar code is well printed and sealing free from blur or repellency can be applied to the same cover.
