PURPOSE: To promote the simplification of a device, by combining a pallet transfer feed mechanism, consisting of a transfer feed chain, to be built in the pallet clamping device set onto a machining table.

CONSTITUTION: A vertically movable clamping plate 30 by cylinders 14 is provided in a base 10 on a machining table, and sprockets 41, 41, which are mounted to cut parts in the front and rear of said clamping plate 30, mount a chain 42 to be wound around. A stopper pin 43, which is secured to the chain 42, can be engaged with a stopper groove P2a formed in a hook P2 in the front end surface of a pallet P. The pallet P, mounting a finished workpiece to be loaded, engages the stopper pin 43 with the stopper groove P2a, and the pallet P is moved to the rear by turning the chain 42 and mounted onto a pallet table in the rear. And parallelly moving the machining table to the position of an unfinished workpiece pallet table, again the pallet is stopped being moved onto the machining table.
