PURPOSE: To easily perform alignment, by mounting a plunger for clamping a part penetrating through a slide block while sliding it to be moved by a driving cylinder and performing the alignment of a position with the part.

CONSTITUTION: A plate 3, which fixes its one end to a drive shaft, can be turned and vertically moved by the drive shaft. Providing a flange 6, having a through hole 8, in the plate 3, the flange 6 can be turned by loosening bolts 9. Mounting a pair of brackets 10, 11 to the flange 6, a slide block 16 is slidably inserted to a guide 12 provided extending between the brackets 10, 11. Sliding the slide block 16 to be moved by a cylinder 13, a parts transfer feeder, which mounts a plunger 18 penetrating through the slide block 16 and the through hole 8, attractively mounts a part to perform its transfer feed by vertically moving the plate 3. By this constitution, the parts transfer feeder enables alignment to be easily performed.
