Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a conveying pitch of an article to a throw-in conveyor independently of the height of the article, and simplify a supply facility of the article to the throw-in conveyor.
SOLUTION: The palletizer allows the throw-in conveyors 6-1 to 6-3 to be conveyors capable of starting with pulse, and lowers a pallet 12 at a constant speed with a drive part 20. Sensors S1 to S3 monitor whether or not there is an article at the throw-in position of the tip on the conveyors 6-1 to 6-3, and a sensor H1 monitors the height of the pallet 12. If there is the article at the throw-in position when the pallet comes down to the throw-in position of the article, each throw-in conveyor throws in the article by starting the throw-in conveyor with pulse. If there is no article, the throw-in conveyor waits the arrival of the article by stopping the lowering of the pallet.
