Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure allowing easy adjustments of a natural mode frequency with high radiation efficiency.
SOLUTION: A panel 6 surrounded by side members 3, side sills 4, a second cross member 1 and a third cross member 2 is provided with flat edges 10 extending from the sides of the panel for connection with the side members 3 and with the side sills 4 to the center of the panel 6, those sides serving as long sides. The remainder 11 of the panel is formed into one continuously curved and projecting surface configuration showing the natural vibration mode configuration of the (1, 1) mode of a flat plate as a whole.
