Abstract:
To provide an underpants-type absorbent article unlikely to make a user worry about getting stuffy in a crotch part by absorbed excretory fluid, while improving a fitting property and absorbability of the excretory fluid in the crotch part.SOLUTION: An underpants-type absorbent article (1) comprises an absorbent body (10) and an exterior member (20) provided on a non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body (10) and including at least a part stretchable in a lateral direction. The absorbent body (10) includes a crotch elastic area (50A) in a crotch part (CA), the crotch elastic area including an absorber elastic member (50) provided at a center in the lateral direction and stretching along a longitudinal direction, and an aperture area (70A) having a plurality of apertures (70) in at least a part of a sheet member (21) constituting the exterior member (20). When viewed in a thickness direction, there is a part where the crotch elastic area (50A) and the aperture area (70A) overlap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
