To provide a paper-made binder for filing which can be recycled as paper.

The paper-made binder for filing is structured so that a plate-like paper-made base 6 is fixed inside of a back cover 3 of a file body. One paper-made filing plate 7 is molded in one piece with the paper-made base 6, and structured so that the molding may go up from one side of the paper-made base 6 nearly vertically. The other paper-made filing plate 8 is installed on the other side of the paper-made base 6 with being opposed to the paper-made filing plate 7, and structured so that its angle formed with the paper-made base 6 is changed. Two pieces of a paper-made stem 9 are fixed to the paper-made filing plate 8 and makes the paper-made stem 9 hung and released by sliding a slide plate 10, and the paper-made base 6 and the paper-made filing plates 7, 8 are formed by laminating a paper.
