The paper magazine is provided with a roll supporting shaft 20 to be inserted into a central hole section H of the paper roll R and a pair of the side walls facing each other of a magazine case 10 are respectively separately provided with a pair of supporting sections 21 and 22 to both ends of the roll supporting shaft 20. The one end of the roll supporting shaft 20 is pivotally connected to either one of the supporting sections 21 so that the roll supporting shaft 20 is made freely changeable over to an erecting position for accepting the paper and a delivery posture for paper, in which both the ends thereof are respective separately supported by a pair of the supporting signals 21 and 22.
