To provide paper for reclaimed postcards reducing paper waviness even when much used paper is compounded, reducing defects during offset printing, having excellent work efficiency and preventing paper feeding failure and paper peeling due to curls in an automatic sorting machine after posting the postcards.
The paper for the reclaimed postcards includes 40 mass% or more of used paper pulp, and is made by multilayer combination at least including three layers which are a surface layer, an intermediate layer and a back layer. The surface layer includes LBKP, and the intermediate layer includes used paper pulp more than that of the surface layer. In the paper for the reclaimed postcards, basis weight is 170-300 g/m2, inner bond strength defined in JAPAN TAPPI No. 18 is 500 kPa or more, Taber stiffness defined in JIS P 8125 is 2.5 mN*m or more and a measurement value of paper moisture defined in JIS P 8127 is 6.0-8.0%.
