PURPOSE: To decrease occupying space of a device total unit while work for supplementing paper sheets can be easily performed.

CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with a paper sheet loading case 1 formed such as loading paper sheets 14 in a descending gradient toward a side of a feed out port 15. A case mounting part 20 for removably mounting the loading case 1 from a vertical direction is provided in an upper part of a main unit casing 2. A feed roller 22 for drawing out the paper sheet 14 fed out from the feed out port 15 is arranged in a lower part in the main unit casing 2. A rotary driving part is provided behind the feed roller 22. A separating pawl 33 is arranged to be opposed to the feed out port 15 so as to hold a predetermined space S between the pawl and the feed roller 22. A 2-sheet feed preventing plate 43 for making a lever motion is arranged between a guide plate 29 and the feed out port 15. In the case of supplementing the paper sheet 14, each loading case 1 is replaced.
