Title:
PAPER SHEET PILING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04217545
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a failure in pile by guiding paper sheets emitted from a carry path to between plural blades of an impeller by a guide member to apply carry force to the paper sheets.

CONSTITUTION: When paper sheets 2 ejected from a roller fly in the air, they are guided by a flat belt 5 and come between outer peripheral blades 1-1 to 1-8 of a rotating wheel 3. Since carry force is applied to the paper sheets 2 from a synchronizing belt 6 at the same time, the paper sheets 2 do not stop between the blades 1-1 to 1-8 and are flown toward a C direction by a rotation of the rotating wheel 3 in an A direction. Thus the paper sheets 2 are piled on a table 4. In addition, even if tips of the paper sheets 2 are bent, they are forced to come between the blades 1-1 to 1-8 by the carry force from the synchronizing belt 6. Therefore the paper sheets 2 with tips bent can also be carried onto the table 4. Thus a failure in carrying the paper sheets 2 is prevented, thereby preventing a failure in pile.
