The papermaking apparatus in the small-sized apparatus for recycling used paper is characterized in that it is provided with feed members 13, 14 for feeding water from the inside to an upper part of the papermaking tank, and feeds water from the feed members to the used pulp suspension in the papermaking tank to suppress floating of pulp fibers in the used pulp suspension.
