To provide a papers stacking and delivering device sufficiently acting on deformed sheet at stacking and not suppressing delivering regardless of plastic deformation at delivering, to attain reduction of replacement frequency and maintenance of a rotation member and extension of a continuation operation time of the papers stacking device, and to attain comprehensive cost reduction of production cost and operational cost.
The papers stacking and delivering device is provided with a stacking space 3 for stacking a bill 2; a feed roller 31 provided on an entrance of the stacking space 3; a gate roller 25 opposed to the feed roller 31; and a centrifugal force impeller 21 provided coaxially (shaft 22) to the gate roller 25 and having a blade 21a. In the papers stacking and delivering device 1, the blade 21a is curved to a retreating side in a stacking direction than a base part 21c and a distal end 21e of the blade 21a and hits off the bill 2 released to the stacking space 3 over the gate roller 25 and the feed roller 31.
