PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for deriving a parallax vector.SOLUTION: A device for coding three-dimensional video data, includes a video coder constructed by executing: a step 110 of determining that a first block of a first texture view is has to be coded by using a block base view synthesis mode; a step 112 of specifying a position of a first depth block corresponded to the first block of the first texture view during the depth view; a step 114 of determining a depth value of a position of two or more corners of the first depth block; a step 116 of deriving a parallax vector for the first block on the basis of the depth value; a step 118 of specifying the position of the first block of a second texture view by using the parallax vector; and a step 120 of inter-predicting the first block of the first texture view by using the first block of the second texture view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
