Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high speed data transmission between a computer and a printer only by a soft control by using an existing hardware, and to improve an economy and the generality of an equipment by transmitting code string obtained by converting transmission data string by encoding means to a parallel outputting means.
CONSTITUTION: A computer side is constituted of an encoder 101 which converters a transmission massage into code data so that the adjacent data is necessarily different, transmitting part 102 which simply transmits the code data from the encoder 101, and parallel output port 103. A printer side is constituted of a parallel input port 104, receiving part 105 which detects the changing point of the received data, and buffering the code strings, and decoder 106. The data constituted of plural bit strings are converted into the code so that a condition on which the adjacent data are different by each unit can be satisfied, and the code strings are prepared by the encoder 101, and the code strings are outputted through the transmitting part 102 from the parallel output port 103 in parallel.
