Abstract:
To provide a device for functionalizing constant parameters capable of suppressing predicted values from deviating from actual measured values in a simulator using the constant parameters.SOLUTION: A parameter functionalizing device 30 includes: an error calculation unit 31 that calculates an error between an actual measured value of a substance amount of a specific substance present in a plant and a predicted value of a substance amount of a related substance predicted by a physical simulator 10 by using a theoretical model having a constant parameter for each related substance present in the plant; an error factor analysis unit 32 that outputs error factor analysis results obtained by analyzing error factors; a functionalization target selection unit 33 that selects a part of the constant parameters as a functionalization target based on the error factor analysis results; a function parameter selection unit 34 that selects function parameters for the selected constant parameters; and a functionalization processing unit 35 that outputs a functionalization parameter obtained by functionalizing the constant parameters by the selected function parameter to a simulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
