Abstract:
To provide an abnormality determination system of a rolling machine which can detect an abnormality generated, especially, in a rolling device, as an abnormality of a rolling machine, in an early period.SOLUTION: An abnormality determination system of a rolling machine includes: a rolling machine having a rolling part having a pair of work rolls arranged so as to face each other, and a rolling device for adjusting an interval of the pair of work rolls; and a control mode switching part for switching a control mode of the rolling machine to any one of a first control mode and a second control mode, according to the positional information of a weld point of a steel strip. The abnormality determination system of the rolling machine includes: a load detector for detecting a detection load in the rolling machine; a load setting part for setting the rolling load of the rolling machine as a transition target load, in a target load change period during which the control mode is switched; and a determination part for determining an abnormality of the rolling machine, on the basis of the detection load in an evaluation period including the target load change period, and deviation data in operation time generated on the basis of the transition target load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
