To provide a parking support device, a parking support method, and a program capable of parking assistance so as not to exceed physically restricted speed which should not exceed during parking support operation.SOLUTION: A parking support device according to an embodiment includes: a route calculation unit for calculating a travel route of a vehicle for supporting parking in or pulling out of a parking lot; and an assumed speed setting unit for setting assumed speed which is a reference of speed of the vehicle during operation of support based on at least the travel route calculated by the route calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
