PURPOSE: To facilitate continuous parking and fee adjustment by providing a vehicle detector to detect a vehicle for each vehicle chamber and a control device to instruct and control to a control panel and an adjusting device.

CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle 6 enters over a parking lock device 5-2, a vehicle detector 4-2 informs a control panel 1 of the detection of vehicle through a data bus 7. Also a control device 9 receives it, records entered time and vehicle chamber, and locks the parking lock device 5-2 through the data bus 7. When a user stands in front of the control panel 1, a human body sensor 2 reacts to start adjustment. Subsequently, when a switch is pressed by operating an operating panel 8, a depressed number only flashes. Then, when a confirmation button is pressed, the control device 9 instructs calculation to an adjustment device 3. When a specified time is collapsed, the device 9 judges that the parking is continued and locks the vehicle. After that, it calculates again from the start time. Thus parking is enabled continuously without coming out of the parking garage.
