PURPOSE: To disperse collision load in time of contact as well as to aim at improvements in durability, by making up a hitting part of a parking pole to a stopper into a form being commensurate to a surface form of the stopper, while making both surfaces of the parking pole and the stopper come into contact with each other.

CONSTITUTION: A hitting part 30 of a parking pole 30 to a stopper 21 installed in a transmission case or the like is made up into a form being commensurate to a surface form of the stopper 21. Therefore, both surfaces of the parking pole 30 and the stopper 21 are made to come into contact with each other whereby collision load in time of contact is dispersed wide. With this constitution, possible damage to the stopper 21 is effectively prevented from occurring for a long time.
