To provide a part carrier device capable of restraining vibration and abrasion of a blade and favourable in carrier efficiency.
It is furnished with a guide groove 6 to guide parts P by aligning them in one row, a blade 5 arranged on a bottom surface of the guide groove 6 and free to move longitudinally in the groove direction and a driving means to reciprocally drive the blade 5 so that backward moving speed becomes higher in comparison with forward moving speed, and it carries the parts P by a difference of frixtional force. The driving means has a cam 17 and a cam lever 13 having a cam follower 15 to make contact with a peripheral surface of the cam 17, and a rear end part of the blade 5 makes contact with a front side surface of the cam lever 13. As rotational motion of the cam 17 is converted to oscillating motion of the cam lever 13 and further converted to reciprocal motion of the blade 5, force in the vertical direction scarcely works on the blade 5, and vertical vibration of the blade 5 is restrained. Consequently, it is possible to prevent floating and jumping of the parts placed on the blade 5 and to stably carry them.
