Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a discharged component to a target position using a transfer member allowing the transfer member to perform advance/retreat operations smoothly and accurately, as well as securely holding and transferring the component.SOLUTION: A component taking-out positioning device comprises: a transfer member 6 which advances and retreats, and which includes a component holding part 12 and a part to be guided 11. In the component holding part 12, a recessed part 17 for receiving a component 1 is formed. The part to be guided 11 is attached to a guide rail 3 extending in the same direction as an advance/retreat direction of the transfer member 6. A longitudinal direction line O-O of the guide rail 3, and an advance/retreat direction line Y-Y of the recessed part 17 for receiving the component are aligned in parallel to each other at a distance. A retreat position of the recessed part 17 for receiving the component is configured to be a position for receiving the component from a supply passage. An advance position of the recessed part 17 for receiving the component is configured to be a discharge position for discharging the component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
