To enable cleaning of suction nozzle, without using a pump exclusively used for the cleaning which uses an ejector vacuum pump as an air pump used for suction.

In the part transferring equipment, an air from a suction nozzle 21 is absorbed by an ejector vacuum pump 26; an opening/closing valve 30 is arranged between the suction valve 21 and the exhaust port of the above-mentioned ejector vacuum pump 26; and air-supplying means (solenoid valve 27 for suction, solenoid valve 28 for separation) for connecting an air supplying source (supply port 34 of service air) common to the ejector vacuum pump 26 to an air duct, in such a state with the opening/closing valve 30 closed are arranged simultaneously at the air duct between the opening/closing valve 30 and the suction nozzle 21.
