Abstract:
To provide a resin sheet, which has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, has high light transmittance, and has a light diffusion function.
The particle dispersed resin sheet comprises an epoxy resin 102 having a terpene skeleton and a light diffusion agent 101 having a refractive index different from that of the epoxy resin, wherein the light diffusion agent is uniformly dispersed. Such a resin sheet can be used, for example, for a substrate for an image display device such as a liquid crystal cell substrate and a substrate for a solar cell and, furthermore, can provide image display devices such as a liquid crystal display device and an EL display device.
