Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary type fine particle separating device which has a narrow width, is compact, moreover, is excellent in dust-collecting actuation and mist condensation operation and, especially, has high performance because expanded metal is used as filter.SOLUTION: A stationary type fine particle separation device includes a first filter 3 which separates contaminant (contaminative fine particle, mist or the like) from contaminated gas which is introduced into the separation device and a second filter 4 which is arranged on the downstream side of the first filter and can further recover the contaminative particle from gas which passes through the first filter. The second filter 4 is made of expanded metal and is fixedly attached to a supporter 6 provided on the stationary type fine particle device properly by fixing means. The stationary type fine particle device has such a structure as to omit a rotary device (motor) of the second filter and fix the second filter to the supporter and, thereby permits light-weight and miniaturization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
