Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition material for placing concrete that prevents leakage of slag on a concrete joint face so as to eliminate the need for cleaning afterwards.SOLUTION: A partition material 1 installed on a concrete joint face in which concrete is installed comprises a net body 11 arranged along the concrete joint face, an adhesive layer 13 formed on front and rear surfaces of the net body 11 to fill in meshes of the net, and a concrete frame body 12 formed around the net body 11. Specifically, the adhesive layer 13 is formed by applying or spraying an adhesive agent to front and rear surfaces of the net body 11. A reinforcement through hole 11a is formed in the net body 11, and the net body 11 is arranged along the concrete joint face as a reinforcement 3 is inserted in the reinforcement through hole 11a, and the adhesive agent is applied or sprayed to front and rear surfaces of the net body 11 so as to form the adhesive layer 13. After this, the partition material 1 for placing concrete as well as the reinforcement 3 is installed inside a formwork 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
