Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door device capable of stably guiding a door plate, while keeping a member that guides a top edge side of the door plate inconspicuous at a position where the door is fully closed.SOLUTION: A sliding door device 1 includes a door plate 10 installed slidably along a first surface of a wall body 2, for opening/closing an opening 3 formed on the wall body along one side of the opening in a wall thickness direction. The sliding door device includes: a bottom rail 6 installed on a floor on the one side of the wall body, for guiding a lower edge side of the door plate and receiving a load of the door plate; a top guide member 30 for guiding a top edge side of the door plate installed on the one side of the wall body, at a position where the top guide member is kept within a width of the door plate at a door tail-side end at the fully closed position and within a width of the door plate at a door end side at a fully open position; an auxiliary top rail 26 disposed on the one side of the wall body along a top edge part of the opening; and a swing-preventive member 20 provided at a top edge part of a surface of the door plate facing the wall body at the door end side, to be engaged slidably with the auxiliary top rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
