A plurality of electrode layers 13 are formed at specific intervals on a substrate 11, and each partition wall 12 is formed by installing two kinds of glass system phosphor layers 14a to 14c having a different luminous color with their rear surfaces faced to each other on the electrode layers 13. Glass phosphor layers 14a, 14b, or 14c having a same luminous color are formed on the opposite sides of the neighboring two partition walls 12a and 12b, 12b and 12c, or 12c and 12a formed on the substrate 11 through the electrode layers 13. A plurality of electrode layers consist of several sets of a first to third electrode layers 13a to 13c. The first electrode layers 13a and 13a, second electrode layers 13b and 13b, and the third electrode layers 13c and 13c are formed at specific intervals, the first and second electrode layers 13a and 13b, the second and third electrode layers 13b and 13c, and the third and first electrode layers 13c and 13a are respectively formed at specific intervals or integrally, and the first to third glass phosphor layers 14a to 14c are respectively formed on the first to third electrode layer 13a to 13c.
