CONSTITUTION: This parts carrying device is provided with a pallet 1 aligning parts (a) having cylindrical part, a chuck plate 4 having a plurality of through holes 6 in which the aligned parts (a) can be inserted and each through hole 5 is provided with a holding part 6 holding the part (a) in the state of being inserted with the part (a) on the inner face, a moving means moving the plate 4 elevatably and horizontally, 3 push out plate 12 which is arranged over the chuck plate 4, and provided with a plurality of push-out parts 13 pushing the parts (a) held with the respective holding parts 6 downward, and a moving means elevatably moving the plate 12.
