Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts conveying device capable of surely separating a top part from a second part even when the parts are made of a nonmagnetic substance, capable of easily extracting the top part, and capable of stably feeding the parts even if an extraction mistake occurs.
SOLUTION: This parts conveying device is provided with a guide groove 6 for aligning and guiding parts P in a line, a conveying member M arranged on the bottom face of the guide groove 6 and longitudinally movable in the groove direction, and a driving means for reciprocating the conveying member M. When the conveying member M is advanced at a low speed and retreated at a high speed, the parts P are conveyed forward. The parts conveying device is also provided with a second stopper S2 taking opening/closing actions in the width direction against the guide groove 6 and holding a second part P2 from the top and a mobile first stopper S1 stopping a top part P1 at the tip section of the guide groove 6. The first stopper S1 is moved forward synchronously with the conveying member M immediately before the forward movement of the conveying member M is completed, and the top part P1 is separated from the second part P2. The first stopper S1 is moved backward following the backward movement of the conveying member M.
