Abstract:

To realize reduction of a mounting area and the design without requiring a high-frequency technology and, as an example, make a module small and low-cost when the module is constituted by connecting with a semiconductor component.

In the passive component 10, a non-balanced input filter unit having two resonators in a dielectric board 12, and a conversion unit 16 for converting the non-balanced input to a balanced output, are formed. An output stage of the conversion unit 16 has a form connected with an impedance matching circuit 90 composing of a first inductance factor L1 as a first extraction electrode, a capacity factor C1 as a first capacitive electrode, a second inductance factor L2 as a second extraction electrode, and a second capacity factor C2 as a second capacitive electrode.
